These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and by accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not use or access this website.

The Princes Shop website is provided solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not use this website for any commercial purpose.

Acceptance of your Order

The display of any item on our website is not an offer to sell and Princes Shop shall be under no obligation to supply the products ordered through this website. If you place an order, this will be your offer to purchase the items from us. We will acknowledge your order by email as soon as possible but will be under no obligation to supply the products ordered unless we have the products in stock and they are available at the prices specified.
Unless you cancel your order in accordance with our Cancellation policy below, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Princes Shop will be perfected when we despatch the goods to you.
We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn.
Furthermore we may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the website whether or not that merchandise has been sold or refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

Delivery

We aim to deliver your chosen items to the place and person of your choice, in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time. UK and overseas orders are shipped by Royal Mail or BusinessPost, for a speedy delivery. We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. If you wish to track your parcel, please email us and we will either track your shipment for you or email you a tracking number which can be used on the Royal Mail website - www.royalmail.com or BusinessPost website www.businesspost.biz
Most orders will be dispatched within 3 working days subject to credit clearance, address verification and availability of items. We will contact you if there is a delay or items are out of stock.
Please also note that any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.

Return/Exchange policy

Unsuitable items may be refunded or exchanged within 14 days of our despatch date. Before you return something you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving an item and obtain a Return Authorisation number by emailing us at returns@princes-shop.co.uk. Please include your original receipt in the returned parcel. You must write your Return Authorisation number on the receipt. Any returned items that are not accompanied by an official reference number will not be accepted.

Returns received after the 14 days time frame are accepted at the discretion of Princes Shop and can only be refunded with a 'store credit note' which can be used online or in store.
We can only exchange an item for the same item in a different size, subject to availability. We are unable to process any exchanges for a completely different item. Exchanged items will only be despatched once the returned goods have been received and checked.
We will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn/used and tags removed. We strongly advise all customers to check items thoroughly upon delivery before removing any tags and before disposing of the original packaging.
Please be aware that all item(s) must be returned with its original packaging.
Please send all returns to Princes Shop, Clockhouse Lane, Bedfont, Feltham, Middlesex, TW14-8QA. The product you return must be in new, unworn/unused condition with all the original packaging and all tags still attached. We do not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser.
If you wish to receive a refund we will re-credit the original purchaser's credit card for the sum paid less any taxes and duties and less the postal costs. International customs duties and sales tax are NOT refunded for shipments outside the European Community.
It is advisable to send returned items by registered post/DHL and keep your proof of postage certificate, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please note that postal costs for returned goods are the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
Customers' statutory rights are unaffected.

Payment

All of our items are priced in UK pounds sterling and include value added tax at 17.5%. Payment can be made securely online by Visa, Visa Electron, Master Card, American Express, Delta and Switch debit cards. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon receipt of your order. The credit/debit card that is being used must be yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.
If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order. We also reserve the right to cancel your order. For first time online customers, we may request that shipping be to the credit card billing address only.
By submitting an order to us through our website you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full.
We take all reasonable care to make our Site as secure as we can make it. All credit card transactions on this site are processed using Protx a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. At Princes Shop we do not hold your credit card details on the website or our customer database.
To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure Princes Shop uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the internet. Furthermore, we will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.

Limitation of Liability

We make no warranty that the website will meet your requirements or will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or is compatible with any other software or material. Accessing the website is entirely at your own risk. We are not responsible to you if we are unable to provide our Internet services for any reason beyond our control.
The content of our website is presented on an “as is” and “as available” basis and we do not guarantee its accuracy, whether explicit or implied. We reserve the right to amend errors, make changes to our website, withdraw any part of our site or to update product information at any time if we consider it necessary.
Except in relation to our contractual obligations to supply goods following acceptance of orders placed on our website, neither we nor any of our directors, employees, suppliers or other representatives will be liable in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise for any loss or damage whatsoever in any way connected with your use of the website.
